Gentlemen,
I apply on behalf of my son Pte.J.Delahunty for some small remittance from the Hong Kong Police of which my son was joined before joining the Irish Guards, my husband appled to War Office he was granted 5/- shillings per week. They allowed me nothing. My husband or me is not up to age of old age pension, so that 5/- shillings is very little as my son was our chief upkeep.
I would feel obliged if you
would give my case your attention.
Respectively yours,
(ad) Mrs Michael Delahunty.
